TSFS is a business of Third Street Education Center, focusing on total commercial and residential facility care (lawn, landscaping, parking lot and building cleaning, maintenance and repair. TSFS was launched as the first business and workforce development program for Third Street in March 2014 with one truck, a trailer, and just the basic equipment. Over the past 5 years TSFS has been able to expand into landscape design and installation and home repair. Now, as state recognized Landscape Contractors, TSFS runs 4 trucks and trailers and provides over $450,000 of service to the community of Greenville.
