Our team of certified, experienced, motivating and FUN instructors will bring you a variety of different types and styles of classes - Beginner Friendly, Rhythm Ride, High Intensity and MORE! Featuring the premier indoor cycle, the Keiser M3i, riders will experience a smooth feel, certified accurate power meter and Keiser Integrated Technology to transmit your workout data to your cell phone or tablet at the same time it is sending the information to the class projection system and any other Bluetooth® device you want.
