ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMING                        
Salary Range:       $62,180-$98,272

Minimum Education and Experience
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Parks and/or Recreation Administration or related field, supplemented with advanced courses and seminars in Recreation, Management, and Administration (a master's degree is preferred); and a minimum of 3 years of increasingly responsible management experience in local government parks and recreation.
