RESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY APPRAISER
Salary Range:        $54,020-$85,374

Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or a related field and 1 year of real estate or appraisal experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Ability to obtain certification as a real property tax appraiser by the Ad Valorem Tax Division of the North Carolina Department of Revenue within two years of employment. Possession of a valid North Carolina driver’s license and a good driving record.
