PERSONAL PROPERTY APPRAISER
Salary Range:        $40,072-$63,335

Minimum Education and Experience
High School diploma and 3 years of experience in accounting, business, financial, and tax setting work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Certification as a Personal Property Appraiser I through the North Carolina Department of Revenue Local Government Division. Trainee Appointment: Must obtain certification as a Personal Property Appraiser I by the North Carolina Department of Revenue Local Government Division within one year of employment. Possession of a valid North Carolina driver’s license and a good driving record.
