The City of Greenville's Public works department is seeking an individual for Building and Grounds Supervisor. The purpose of this position is to plan, organize, and supervise the facilities section of the Building and Grounds Division. This is accomplished by directing the building maintenance staff and contractors on building related repairs on City properties and serving as Buildings and Grounds Superintendent in his or her absence. Other duties include overseeing special events set-up and take down, determining project costs, and meeting with and inspecting the improvement and renovation work performed by contractors.
