Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:
The HR Manager will play a critical role in the success of our company by overseeing with a hands-on approach to all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional who can drive our HR initiatives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the well-being and engagement of our employees.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing HR-related concerns
    • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner
    • Promote a positive workplace culture
  3. Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and development plans.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and design or source relevant training programs.
    • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  5. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  6. Benefits and Compensation:
    • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
    • Conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive salary structures.
    • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.
  7. Employee Engagement and Retention:
    • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve turnover rates.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
    • Propose and implement improvements to HR processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of human resources management and 10 years of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
