Love little laughs, big milestones, and making a difference every day? We’re looking for experienced, nurturing teachers to join our team and help children from infancy through age four learn, grow, and thrive.

What You'll Need:

• Experience in a licensed childcare center
• DCDEE Qualification Letter (or ability to obtain before employment)
• EDU 119, Early Childhood Credential, or related degree
• CPR/First Aid & SIDS certification (or willingness to obtain)

What You'll Do:

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom
• Support children's growth through age-appropriate activities
• Build strong relationships with families
• Maintain a clean, organized learning environment
• Meet children's daily care needs, including feeding, diapering, and supervision
• Use our parent communication app to provide daily updates
• Work collaboratively with a positive, supportive team
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations
