Print Production Lead 

Department: NC Operations – Grover Gaming Printing

Reports To: Production Manager – Grover Gaming Printing

Summary:  The production lead is responsible for leading and developing their team to achieve production plans.  Some examples of responsibilities include developing training programs for team members, leading the team to achieve production goals, ensuring process control, establish safety protocols and ensuring adherence, repairing equipment and ensuring PMs are completed to maintain equipment in working order.  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV

  • Ability to meet production plan

  • Lead and develop team

  • Ability to operate, perform repairs and maintenance on machines

  • Maintain process control within zones of responsibility

  • Maintain a working understanding of plant production procedures, equipment, and systems

  • Ensure safety of team

  • Able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics

  • Develop and provide training for employees on plant equipment and processes

  • Must be adaptable, reliable, and willing to learn

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others

  • Competent with computers and MS Office applications

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Print manufacturing experience preferred

  • OSHA 10 Hour Certification 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:  The usual work environment is typical of a warehouse environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with no material or weather-related hazards except those associated with travel.
