Position Summary
We are seeking an on-site CAD Designer / Technical Drafting Specialist experienced with Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor. This role supports creation and revision of product drawings, updates to current equipment, light technical work, and development of new product concepts. You will work closely with technical and production staff to create accurate, manufacturable designs for products used globally.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and update 2D/3D CAD models, drawings, and assemblies using Autodesk CAD tools.
• Prepare fabrication, machining, and assembly drawings for manufacturing.
• Generate BOMs and documentation packages for production.
• Support design changes and improvements to existing products.
• Assist with concept development and light engineering for new products.
• Work with production teams to validate accuracy and manufacturability.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor required.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate mechanical drawings and assemblies.
• Understanding of mechanical drafting, tolerances, and fabrication processes.
• Technical degree in Drafting/Design, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years experience welcome; 2+ years preferred.
