Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned to the NC Standard Course of Study
• Create a structured, positive classroom environment with consistent behavior expectations
• Monitor student growth using assessments and data
• Communicate professionally with families and colleagues
• Integrate technology and hands-on learning to support all learners
• Participate in school events and contribute to a collaborative campus culture

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in an education-related field
• Classroom teaching experience (5th grade and up preferred)
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lessons
• Commitment to student growth and professional excellence
