About Us

The Center for Family Violence Prevention provides services to victims of
domestic abuse in Pitt, Martin and Washington Counties. Our mission is to
break the cycle of domestic violence while enhancing individual
self-sufficiency and promoting healthy family relationships. Programs
include emergency Shelter; Victim Advocacy; Legal Services, Parenting classes, Adult & Children's Counseling; Community
Education and outreach and resale stores: My Sister's Closet and My Sister's Attic.
