Primary care office staffed by board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (with MD supervision) with 10 plus years of Nurse Practitioner experience in Primary Care. We evaluate and treat acute and chronic health conditions, manage chronic disease, provide health surveillance, provide health promotion and disease prevention education, school/sports physicals and annual physicals for patients 12 years old and up, initiate referral to other specialties, provide follow-up care. Nurse practitioner is certified to perform DOT exams. New patients accepted. We accept Medicare/Medicaid, self-pay and most private insurance plans. Bilingual staff (fluent both in Spanish and English). Conveniently located in the heart of medical district in Greenville NC.
