Who: Created by Jane Welborn Hudson and Bill Hudson, Greenville residents who own Bee There Media

What: Information and images about life in the 252 area code of eastern North Carolina

Why: Because Jane and Bill love eastern North Carolina and want to share what makes it a special place to live, work and play.

Jane is an award-winning journalist who previously was editor of The Daily Reflector's Her... magazine, a monthly woman's magazine, and Greenville: Life in the East, a quarterly city magazine, along with a number of other niche publications. She also wrote the weekly ''Hot Dish'' column of restaurant and food news.

Bill is an award-winning marketing consultant who previously worked with The Daily Reflector newspaper and its niche publications and WNCT-TV television and digital platforms.

In January 2016, the husband-and-wife team joined forces to launch Bee There Media, focusing on website content for businesses, social media content for businesses and photography for individuals, teams, events and businesses.

Their passion for the region where they live led them to create #252Buzz in April 2016.
