Paint it Black Gala and Auction for Beare Garden Animal Rescue: An Immersive Evening for a Worthy Cause?

Drawing inspiration from The Rolling Stones' iconic song "Paint it Black," this gala promises a sophisticated and elegant evening with a touch of rebellious edge, all in support of the incredible work of Beare Garden Animal Rescue.

Event Details:

• Date & Time: Saturday, April 13, 2024  6:15 - 9:15 pm 
• Location: A unique and stylish venue in Greenville, North Carolina, Brook Valley Country at 311 Oxford Road will be the host facility led by the talents of Chef Kendrik.
• Attire:  Comfortable, Casual, Dressy OR Formal, but we encourage everyone to wear solid black to reflect the theme and to honor black cats.
• Entertainment:  DJ, Free Photo Booth, Dance Floor

• 6:15 pm:  Check In Begins; Seating of VIP Sponsors.  Download the Auction App.
   
• 6:15 pm:  Food and Beverages: Upon arrival, guests mingle with delicious hors d'oeuvres, wine from a local private collection, non-alcoholic beverages and beer.  Photo Booth and Silent Auction are Open.  Cash Bar Open for Mixed Drinks and a Secret Signature Themed Cocktail.  Sustainer Information and Sign Up Table Open. 
   
• 6:30 pm:  Welcome, Recognitions, Feel Good News and Door Prizes.  Check out our silent Video to recognize a Year of Celebration of Saved Lives.

• 7:00 pm:  The BGAR Catwalk Contest Launch.  Cue the Runway Music!  Check out our website Sunday afternoon for learn the Winner!

• 7:45 pm:  Door Prizes and LAST CALL for Silent Auction 

• 8:00 pm:  Silent Auction Closes.  Recognition of Volunteers and Volunteer of the Year Announcement.

• 8:15 pm: Check Out Begins!  Please pre-pay securely on your phone APP to expedite check out. 

• 8:15 pm - 9:15 pm: Dancing & After-Party: The night concludes with an energetic DJ set, inviting guests to dance and celebrate Felines.  Please join us on the Dance Floor!
