This workshop is a fast-paced, working session with activities designed to directly enhance your fundraising program. It will cover the essential ingredients for successful fundraising. You will lookat the latest research about what donors really want and create simple, new techniques to involve donors in their organizations. During the day, you will create strategies to strengthen and enhanceyour own fundraising programs. You will also create a more exciting case for financial support foryour own organizations, evaluate your board, and develop initial cultivation plans for your top tendonors. In addition, you will practice talking about your organization in a 30-second “elevatorspeech” format. You will end the day working on the basics of a simple, but effective fundraising plan for your organization.
