ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the execution of the production schedule Performing mold /material changes, performing process troubleshooting, and various other functions to ensure part conformity and quality. Assist in technical training. Responsible for establishing and documenting the injection molding process Establishing quality monitoring parameters, and documentation of any changes to the process. Monitor in-process scrap and downtime. Lead molding improvements to include cycle time
