Maxima Services LLC

Maxima Services LLC was established in 2015 by Lourdes Caballero, but our team and clients know her better as “Ms. Cookie” or “Lulu.” Lulu immigrated to the US from Peru in 1992. By 2000, she had started her construction company, later turning to the consulting and educational side of the business. In 2018, we were awarded the BBB Serving Eastern North Carolina’s Torch Award Small Business Runner-up! Today, Maxima Services LLC uses Lulu’s past 16 years of experience to provide bilingual training for basic business fundamentals, OSHA construction safety, first aid, and flagger certifications.
