Job Description
Edward Jones believes building strong relationships with our clients helps us provide exceptional personal service.  As a highly visible member of the branch team, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) is essential to that process.  In addition to working closely with clients, BOAs contribute to the business results and overall efficiency of the branch office. 

BOA Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service- BOAs build a welcoming environment for clients and offer services that help create an ideal client experience. 
  • Client Development- BOAs help build relationships with new clients and deepen existing client relationships by preparing a variety of reports for scheduled appointments and scheduling systematic contact activities.
  • Office Administration- Daily office administration duties include overseeing appointment setting and schedules, and processing deposits and transactions.

Hands on Training
