NOTE: THESE EXPENSES ARE NOW ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT UNDER NCFLEX-HEALTH CARE SPENDING ACCOUNT ULTRASOUND SCANS OF: 1.Carotid Arteries for risk of Stroke, includes scan of Thyroid Gland for abnormalities($39) 2.Abdominal Aorta for Aneurysm, the Liver, Kidneys, Pancreas and Spleen for abnormalities and Gallbladder for gallstones ($39) 3.Doppler Test for Peripheral Arterial Disease (Hardening of the Arteries) ($39) ALL 3 OF THE ABOVE TESTS FOR $99 4.Ultrasound for loss of Bone Density (Osteoporosis) ($29) TESTING OF BLOOD FOR: 1.Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Cardiovascular Risk Ratio, and Glucose (diabetes) ($29) 2.ALT Liver Test for Liver Abnormalities ($19) Note: IT IS NECESSARY TO FAST FOR THE FOLLOWING TESTS: For the Ultrasound scan of the abdomen( aorta, etc.) You must fast for six (6) hours prior to the test. For the blood test for cholesterol, blood sugar, etc. You must fast for twelve (12) hours prior to the test. While you are fasting, you may drink water, and you should take your daily medication. Ultrascreen provides affordable, non-invasive, painless, and preventive screening tests. The results of which enable you andyour Physician to take action to prevent harm to your health from Cardio-Vascular Disease, Malignancy, Osteoporosis, Blood Lipid Imbalances, Diabetes and Liver abnormalities. Insurance and Medicarewill not pay. These Expenses are now eligible for Reimbursement under NCFLEX-HEALTH CARE SPENDINGACCOUNT. You may pay with personal check, credit card or cash. Dr. Lynn Borchert will be on site to counsel you concerning any abnormal findings, and to answer your questions. He will provide youwith a written report, and will advise you concerning follow up with your personal physician. An M.D. will be onsite and you will get the results immediately.
