Open invitation for orientation/Q&A for our new weight loss program targeting mindfulness and motivation. Breaking Loose: Mindfulness Training for Weight Loss teaches CORE principles for individuals to use when unable to maintain weight loss initiatives. With CORE individuals enhance internal motivation and manage self-defeating thoughts and feelings to achieve weight loss. Individual and group programs are offered for 6 sessions over 10 weeks. This is not a diet or exercise program. Breaking Loose is all about teaching CORE principles to truely accomplish weight loss needed for health and wellness.
