ECVC 38th Anniversary Banquet
Held at the Hilton Inn, this annual banquet's mission is to increase awareness of the persons with disabilities and their "abilities." ECVC's mission is to provide services, employability training andjob opportunities to adults with disabilities so that they may enjoy the rewards of increased independence and/or work.
